Mark Anthony has expanded its European footprint with a new 4,088 sq m (44,000 sq ft) office spanning the sixth and seventh floors of a McGarrell Reilly development.

This flagship space will serve as the brand’s European headquarters and is part of a next-generation office scheme designed to meet the highest sustainability and connectivity standards—including LEED Gold, NZEB compliance, BER A3, WiredScore Platinum, and ActiveScore Platinum certifications.

JJC was proud to be part of this project, delivering key internal works including stud partitions, MF ceilings, insulated render, soffit insulation, and Kemwell fire-rated ceilings—completed to the highest quality to meet the performance and safety requirements of this high-spec commercial environment.
