At the heart of JJC Group is a dedicated, tight-knit team led by Managing Director – Jim Creighton and Commercial Manager – Dan King, who have been best friends since childhood. With strong local roots, the leadership team combines deep hands-on construction experience with commercial strategy to ensure the smooth delivery of every project.
We employ a core team of skilled professionals and collaborate with a trusted network of subcontractors—many of whom we’ve worked with for years. Jim’s approachable, on-the-ground leadership style means he knows many of our tradespeople by first name, fostering mutual respect, loyalty, and high-quality work.
Jim’s sister Elaine, ensures seamless coordination behind the scenes. From tender to completion, she supports operations with precision and professionalism, keeping our projects financially sound and operationally efficient.
Aidan joined the JJC team in late 2019, starting his journey with us straight out of school. Since then, he has gone from strength to strength under the guidance of our senior team, developing into a highly capable Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager. Aidan holds a First-Class Honours degree in Quantity Surveying and Project Management. His enthusiasm, energy, and strong willingness to learn have made him a valued member of the team. Often working behind the scenes, Aidan plays a key leadership role through his commitment, reliability, and proactive approach to every project.
