Positioned on a prominent corner site at Tara Street, Poolbeg Street, and Townsend Street, the development spans 10 floors above a double basement and also includes 54 luxury apartments and 17,000 sq ft of retail space.

Our team was proud to contribute to this prestigious project, delivering high-spec internal finishes using a range of advanced ceiling and partition systems. Our scope included stud partitions, MF ceilings and bulkheads, SAS grid and baffle ceiling systems, as well as insulated render—all executed to the highest standards.
