Extending to over 224,000 sq ft, the Termini Building is one of the most exciting office HQ’s to arrive in Dublin. We provided a full CAT Grade A Fit out of a new 26,831 sq m building in Sandyford. This project proceeded to achieve a LEED Gold rating.
